A new mental health football team has started training in West Molesey on Friday afternoons from 1pm—2pm.
This is a great opportunity for all abilities to get together and take part in a physical activity, helping to promote wellbeing. There are many benefits when it comes to physical activity, its great for physical health but it can also help with mental health. Some examples of benefits:
- Increases Confidence and Self-esteem
- Helps to Reduce Anxiety
- Promotes teamwork and sharing
