Accessing the service

Getting referred to the project and to start accessing our services is easy. We accept referrals from GPs, Community Mental Health Teams, other voluntary organisations and you can also self refer.

For more information and to download a referral form, please visit the referral page.

Please note that prior to accessing the different activities you need to be assessed by one of our team. Please contact the relevant team for more information on how to make an appointment.
