Community Link Worker  for The Welcome Project   – North West Surrey

Full-time (35 hours)

We are looking for a Community Link worker to join the team serving North West Surrey, providing mental health and emotional wellbeing support to adults as part of Community Connections.

The role works one to one with people, to support and equip them with a range of tools to manage their own health and wellbeing; promoting healthier lifestyles and raising the awareness of the concept of ‘wellbeing’ and good mental health within an integrated care pathway.

Community Drug and Alcohol Worker – Full time (35 Hours) Chertsey

Catalyst is looking for an individual with experience in working with people whose drug and or alcohol use is affecting their health and wellbeing. The role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team based in Chertsey alongside our local NHS partner to provide a seamless service and a broad range of interventions, treatment and recovery support for people with alcohol dependence, and/or problematic drug use.
